Imad Hanna

Imad Hanna is an Interior Architect and Associate Professor at the American University in Dubai, specializing in the integration of generative AI into architecture and design.
He holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture (D.E.S.) from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), where he also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine and Applied Arts.

For over two decades, Imad has worked across multiple design sectors, merging architectural principles with emerging technologies. His practice explores how computational methods, digital fabrication, and intelligent systems can elevate creativity, performance, and cultural expression in the built environment.

Today, he is recognized as a leading voice in generative AI, advising design firms and government entities on integrating AI into real-world project workflows. His approach reshapes how teams conceptualize, visualize, and deliver projects, accelerating execution, improving decision-making, and enabling new forms of spatial intelligence.

As a keynote speaker at international conferences, Imad provides thought leadership on the future of design, smart cities, and the evolution of human–machine collaboration. He also hosts the videocast “Let’s Talk Tech,” where he explores AI’s impact across creative, cultural, and technological domains.

Imad is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Association of Professional Interior Designers (APID), and the Interior Design Education Council (IDEC) reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing design excellence and innovation.
